The other night I received this through SMS:
One day, a $1 bill and a $100 bill got folded together and began talking about their life experiences.Life can't be measured by how much you have or how little, not by what you have or what you don't have, not by how many friends you have or how less. Well, you get the picture. It's how you appreciate the blessings that God continues to give us. I pity my classmate/ex-friend (hmm, issue itich) that has this kind of attitude, she continuously makes friends just because she can get something from them. And when she got what she needed, she leaves them and even stabs them at the back. Tsk, tsk.
$100 began to brag:
"Ive had a great life! I've been in the wallets of fortunate 500 board members, I've flown from one end of the country to the other. I've been in the wallet of two presidents of the US, and once, when Princess Diana visited, she used me to buy a pack of gum."
In awe, $1 humbly responded:
"Gee, nothing like that has ever happened to me. But I have been to church a lot."
She even tells lies just to somehow improve her image. And it works, unfortunately, for the circle of friends she has right now. Pero not with us, buko ka na namin. At naiintindihan na namin kung bakit ka ganyan. Inggitera ka kasi. I'll just pray for you, real hard.

Oo, ganun nga siya. Kapag na-discover mo na 'yung totoong ugali niya, syempre ang gagawin mo ay putulin 'yung friendship with her, and once you've done that, dun ka niya sisimulang siraan.

May iba akong naalala from our past. Pero I've forgiven him na matagal na. Naalala ko lang. I dunno if you do. Anyhoo, I just wanna share na the best attack you can give an enemy (or maybe not an enemy but someone who has hurt you) is to pray for him...pero not in a way na galit ka or something on that level. 'Yun bang praying because you pity the person and you just want God to lay His hand upon him/her to change his/her life... :D
